Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and subscriptions, The RainWoman does not issue refunds. You may cancel any future payments by submitting the cancellation form at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled payment. While payments are automatic, cancellations require a manual process. If you cancel within 48 hours of your next payment date we cannot guarantee that your request can be processed in time to avoid the automatic payment.
We do not offer prorated refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions. Cancellations are effective as of the date the request is processed and removal from any paid groups/subscriptions occurs at that time. Again: If you cancel within 48 hours of your next payment date we cannot guarantee that your request can be processed in time to avoid the automatic payment.
If you are a member of one of our paid groups and decide to cancel, please note that rejoining later will be at the current rate and not grandfathered in at any prior rate.
